1. How long after payment will I receive my program?
You’ll receive your personalized program within 48 hours max after our initial video call. Everything is built around you: your goal, your schedule, your equipment, and your level. No generic plans — only fully tailored coaching.
2. Will there be a lot of cardio? And cheat meals in the plan?
Not necessarily. Cardio isn’t systematic. If your goal requires it (like quick fat loss or cutting), it can be included for a short, targeted period. Everything is adapted to your profile, your pace, and your level. As for cheat meals, they’re personalized: some clients get one free meal per week, others a more strategic adjustment based on their metabolism, level, and goals. Nothing is left to chance.
3. Is it really effective without face-to-face coaching?
